Regional Manager Selection Criteria

Patriotic, dedicated, and principled

Loyalty, dedication, and integrity are the minimum requirements for selection.

Self-operated Hotel Property

Owns or holds equity in hotels or properties within the assigned region

Regional Impact

Established influence and leadership in the assigned region, with the ability to independently organize industry events.

HQ Interaction

Maintain regular interaction with headquarters, share information and resources, and promote the healthy development of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Manager Responsibilities

Invite Member

Invitation for members to attend the headquarters-led annual travel and accommodation industry exchange event.

Opening Support

Support members in their assigned regions with hotel opening and launch operations.

Investment Matching

Submit a summary of local members' cross-regional investment and overseas expansion needs for headquarters to facilitate coordination.

Funding Allocation

Allocate financing channels from headquarters to regional managers and secure funding for this project investment.

OTA Policy

Ensure headquarters' OTA policies are accurately applied to member hotels under our jurisdiction.

Brand Expansion

Lead franchise expansion and partnerships for major national brands at the local level.

Going global with homegrown brands

Lead the expansion and onboarding of member hotels' proprietary brands into domestic non-local provinces and international markets.

Association Liaison

Assist provincial and municipal hotel associations with on-site inspections, industry promotion, and business coordination.

Member Voting

Term expiration: The new leadership will be elected by a vote of members in the respective region. Candidates receiving more than half of the votes shall be declared elected.

HQ Review

Each term of officer elections requires the presence and approval of a headquarters-appointed observer to be valid.

Official Appointment

Upon appointment as Regional Head, HQ will issue an official letter of appointment and make a public announcement.
